We do not offer refunds but provide a 30-day exchange policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange:
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Photo/Video Proof of Handover:
For a seamless exchange process, we require photo/video proof of handing over all items in the exchange order to the delivery person. Failure to provide proof for a partial order may result in the inability to process the exchange, and we are not responsible for returning the partial order.
Initiating an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, contact us at online@sinceages.in Upon approval of your exchange request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior exchange request approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and facilitate an exchange to rectify the situation.
Exceptions/Non-Exchangeable Items:
Certain items are non-exchangeable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-exchangeable. For inquiries about specific items, please reach out to us.
Processing Your Exchange:
Upon receiving and inspecting the item for exchange, we will notify you of the status. If approved, we will provide details on obtaining the replacement item.
Delayed Exchanges:
If more than 15 business days have passed since the exchange approval, contact us at online@sinceages.in for assistance.
